• Your PIN code is on the credit-card-size part of your SIM card.
• Note that airtime vouchers can only be loaded from within the Thuraya coverage area
• In order to make a call stand in an open space with horizon to horizon view, extend the antenna, and ensure to have at least 3 bars of signal.

• Remember to always use international dialing to and from your Iridium phone being 00(country code)(area code)(phone number) and remember to omit the zero in the area code, i.e. 0027112750296.

• Dial 123 on SAT-mode to access your voicemail, or +88216100123 from a landline or cell phone.
